Don't Take Your Dreams To The Grave

Image From Free Digital Photos
Ugh, I am hating how doom and gloom my blog has been sounding lately. It's almost to the point where I don't want to blog because I am sounding so dark, but this post really isn't meant to be dark, more motivating. I hope it comes off that way.

So in the past couple of months, on both Deviantart and Youtube, people I have been following passed away. One person I am not sure how he died but he took beautiful pictures, and a woman on who did these amazing DIY fashion videos was murdered by her ex while she slept. Both of these stories were so tragic, but all of their followers agreed on one thing, that we were glad we got to know them some and that they got to share their goals and dreams with us.

All this got me thinking about goals and dreams. We've got plenty of them. I'm sure you could make a list of them. However, how many of us reach for and achieve our dreams, or at least try? I want to become an author some day as well as a toy designer of some sort. I want to strive to make that happen sooner rather than later, but up to this point I've really done nothing to make that happen. No one is promised any length of time on this planet, From newborns to 100 year old people, we are all granted with the same amount of time each and every day, what we do with that time is up to us. If you aren't working towards your goals and dreams, you may end up taking them to the grave with you, and that would honestly be a such a waste. The world will never know how awesome you are at whatever you master at. If you truly have a life goal, start this moment to go for it. Sure, you may never reach them, but what if you do? What if all the work you put into it pays off. Won't you be glad you started right now rather than a year from now or never? And if you don't reach your goal, don't give up hope, it just means that wasn't the right goal to strive for. Rework it and go at it from another angle or try for a whole new goal, just as long as you are going for it, that is all that matters.

I was really sad to see these talented people were no longer with us, but they have left behind their works of art that I can continue to look at and view and be reminded how awesome they truly were. They left their mark on their world, don't leave the world without making yours. Until next time ladies and gents, take care, bye for now.

A Fresh Start

Speed Limit 35 Sign
Hey there gang, remember me? Goodness it's been a while since I have blogged here, and I have missed it dearly. I wasn't really sure what I would come back and talk about because I have not really been feeling up to doing anything dollwise, except for my Tumblr that is slowly becoming a mish-mash of things I find inspiring towards dolls, and crafting, and art, and writing, and doll fashion, etc. And while I do love Tumblr, there is just something about a bloggy-blog that fits me better. So I will still update Tumblr regularly, but I will be returning here to blog as well, for now.

Wait, what do I mean, for now? Well, I have been taking inventory of my life lately, and I realize I am ready for a fresh start at everything and to finally do some things I have wanted to do for a long time. First thing being, I want to get my own domain and a blog on my own website sometime this year, fingers crossed tight. I am slowly building up a list of all the things I want to accomplish in the next year. I will eventually put it on it's only little page up at the top and you can follow along with me as I tick of each one. I just realize my mind is everywhere and I need to pull back, make lists, and go from there. I am realizing that the longer I wait to do things I honestly want to do, the more time passes and the less time I actually have to do things. Ok, maybe that sounded a bit morbid, but it's true. I mean, hello, I am getting ready to turn the dreaded...3-5 on the 9th of next month and I feel I have nothing to show for it. I know I am not alone in that, but I am focused solely on myself right now. Yes, I have decided that the next year of my life will be my selfish year where I work on me and my goals, and yes, a lot of those goals include dollie stuff. LOL! But they also include writing more, reading more, reconnecting with you guys, and much more.

I'd like to write here everyday, but I find I can't write about doll stuff everyday because there just isn't that much doll stuff to talk about that isn't covered in depth by others who do it much better than I could. I'd rather share what I am working on at the moment, and I know it won't always be doll stuff, I hope you don't mind the other stuff I'll be talking about. I would like to turn this blog into a doll, craft, writing, reading, lifestyle blog. Just write about what's currently going on in my neck of the woods, and I hope you will find it interesting. *fingers crossed* I think this blog will be more fun to write and more interesting to read that way. So I hope you will continue to follow along.

I don't know what brought on this newly found direction for me, probably has something to do with something I have been working on for a day now, more later on that. I just know that it's time to return to what I love, reconnect with the people I love talking to, and start enjoying life again. Issues with my stomach and thyroid have been getting me down a lot lately and I am just sick of always being sad and depressed over it when it's not going anywhere anytime soon. It's time to live again.

I hope all you lovely people are doing awesome and I can't wait to check in on each of you. I am still determined to catch up on all the blog posts I have missed out on, some of you will take longer than others...I'm so behind. But I will start catching up today with some of you and I can't wait to see what you have been up to. Take care until my next post. Bye for now.

Has anyone invented the 36 hour day yet?

Time Management
(Source)

It seems like I just don’t seem to have time to catch up on anything lately. I’m constantly having to do something, and most of these things do not allow for multi-tasking. For example, I was working on a short story yesterday and though I could work on it while I let the ferrets out to play for an hour. Yeah, did any of you guys know that ferrets are like super at jumping? Yeah, I knew this, but I didn’t think they’d charge at my laptop, jump, grab the top, and bend it all the way back! I was so worried they’d break my hinge after the third time of doing this that I just gave up. *sigh*

Then we have my article writing itself. I’m slowly starting to make money at it, but it takes so much time to write one sometimes. I decided to get fancy with an article the other day and it literally took me all day to do with writing, finding products, and making all my html play nice together. Ugh!!!

Then of course I have ideas doll-wise I want to share with all of you and I just haven’t had the time to. One of the things I said would be ready a few weeks ago has been ready for weeks but the other thing isn’t ready and I wanted to post them together. I may just have to post them at different times so this place doesn’t become Ghost Town USA again.

Add on to this that the weather is getting blissfully cooler but this change in weather is causing me to be sleepy all the time. Then of course, still dealing with all the other stuff I was dealing with before, and well, just…*sigh*. LOL! Well I guess since that 36 hour day is still a long while off, I will just need to get my rear in gear and get organized. Yep, still working on that. I’ve never been this disorganized before. Is there any hope for me? Please  say yes! Fingers crossed

I just recently read this article, it’s where the picture for my post came from. The author of the post is an actual author who not only writes several books a year, she homeschools her two children, and she takes care of the house and yard. She explains how to pull yourself from the Land of Crazy Disorganization to a land less cluttered with chaotic thoughts with no plan and no end in sight. Check it out if you are like me. Hopefully we will find our way out of the LOCD and can get back to a calmer way of existing. Then again maybe not, but hey, it’s worth a try. Smile

And on that note, I have got to my lovelies. I will be back soon. I have a lot to share and can’t wait to do so. Hope all of you are doing well. Be doll hugs and smooches to you all. Smile

Ready for bed at only 1:07 in the morning…I must be getting old,

No Update, No Problem

OK, so yes, I know, I promised an update. But do you know how quickly a weekend goes when you have free time from writing and you want to play Guild Wars 2? Very quickly, I tell you! On top of that, it takes forever to take dolls out of their boxes. My video is longish and I need to cut it down big time. I don’t even know if anyone will watch, but it’s there for people curious about anything I bought. And now there are two more dolls I want to buy and then I swear that’s it, no more Liv doll buying…unless I find them really cheap somewhere, then all bets are off! But it doesn’t look like I will be getting to an update or working here on the blog at all until this weekend again. I have some articles due and I need to start figuring out how to promote them. I’ve started making some sales, it’s pennies and quarters still, but for being there only roughly two months, I’m not doing too bad. If you are interested in writing for Squidoo, come over and check it out, it’s fun and addictive. And hey, if your work gets noticed, you can make some money on the side.

So, since I don’t have a personal update for you, I thought I’d leave you with some interesting doll pictures I have found on the web. Warning, two of the pictures are of the same doll cut in half with exposed organs. I think it’s pretty cool, but some may see it as an ick factor.

(source)

I thought this was interesting. Barbie encouraging girls not to eat? For shame! I love little bits of “dollie trivia” likes this.

Ok, so these are the same doll, one with her hair down of course. I thought this was just so neat. From what I can gather, this is a piece of art displayed somewhere overseas. I couldn’t find much more about this picture as it was on Tumblr and making the rounds everywhere. But I had to share this. I remember when I was a little girl wondering what the inside of Barbie looked like and then wondering what it would look like if she was real. So finally seeing “both” is kind of neat.

So yeah, brief update just to let you know, nothing has been forgotten, just pushed back. Ugh! I need more time in my day!!! I have so many blogs to catch up on, I feel like I don’t know what anyone is doing lately. But I’ll update this weekend for sure and try to catch up as well. Hope all of you are doing well. I will talk to you soon. Be good until then. Bye for now. Open-mouthed smile

Tired as heck and needing to write a new article tonight,

Hey guys!!!

Hey guys, how are you all doing? Me? Doing a lot better than a few weeks ago. I have so much to catch up on in the doll hobby, I’ve missed you guys so much, and I have a few things to share with you all. News about my things keeping me from blogging, family news updates, and a recent shopping spree that I really shouldn’t have done but future events needing past items caused it to happen. Huh? What? Yeah, I know, super cryptic, but all will be revealed soon. I’m going to do a video this weekend for you guys on the shopping spree along with some posts about what’s been going on. Like I said, I miss you guys and I have so many blogs to catch up on. I am working on getting all your links into a blog RSS reader so I can be updated through that. I know, I’m the last one to do it, but I’m a natural late bloomer. Winking smile  Ok, gotta go, I have a short story to work on and get done by tomorrow at midnight, more on that later.  Bye for now guys, I hope all of you are doing well.  Big  dollie hugs and kisses from me. Take care. Smile

Glad to be back,

Chelle

Hey guys, look what I did!

Ok, I’m going to admit it, I’m like a proud mama tonight. I found a kind of blogging article site that you can just write what’s on your mind and have people view it. If you are lucky you will make money from it. I thought it would be a nice outlet for when I just need to talk and don’t really have to place to do some. Some things I wanted to talk about are doll related but I don’t think they really fit in here with the blog for some reason, so I decided to make it into a Squidoo Lens.  I know, crazy, but it was fun.

I had heard about Squidoo while doing searches but never really looked into it until I recently found myself researching how to make money from home.  I decided it couldn’t hurt and I was doing it more to write and get my writing out there, so why not try it. Only problem was I didn’t know what to write about.  I decided to be easy on myself and write something doll related. That when I came up with the idea to help newbies to the doll hobby with tips and tricks on how to find doll clothes and accessories.  I know, this may sound like common sense to some, but there are some places one may not look to find clothing.  Like for example, did I ever tell you about the time I found an either MSD or SD size shirt on a note pad? Kid you not. It was front and back and super cute. I was going to post about it and I don’t think I ever got around to it. I bought two thinking I’d have to slice up the back in order to get it on the doll and wanted to be able to have both sayings on the shirt, but decided to just pop a future doll’s head off instead of ruining the shirts. Guess that means I’ll need twins.  Winking smile

So if you are interested in some tips on finding doll clothes and accessories or if you are just interested in seeing what I’ve written, I would love for you to head on over to my Squidoo called “How To Start A Doll Clothing And Accessories Collection”.  If you like what you see feel free to like and share with the buttons located on the side of the article page and feel free to leave a comment.  Smile I have several doll lens in the making and I’ll be sure to share them all here with you. But for now I am going to curl under these blankets and rest. It was 105 degrees Fahrenheit today and now I am freezing my butt off, go figure. Ok, talk to you lovely lads and lassies soon. Be good until then. Bye for now. Smile

Excited to start her new lens,
Michelle

P.S.-
Oh yeah, and speaking of Liv dolls, if you didn’t hear, the official word was given, they have been discontinued. Thumbs down They last wave I believe will come out around Fall. Get them now peeps or forever face the wrath of the secondhand market. Just and FYI, just bought a Liv Spa Alexis for just over 5 dollars on Amazon. Oh yeah, and lens about Liv Dolls coming soon. I will so miss the line. I need to get on more Jake but hoping Toys R Us will give me a chance to get one for $7.50 again. Fingers crossed Fingers are crossed tight I’ll get lucky on Sunday. Scary to think I will be starting a comic soon that is Liv Doll based.  What if I break one?!? Surprised smile  Ahhhhh!!!  Ok, now I’m really going.  LOL!  Bye guys. Smile

Magic Beyond Words: The J. K. Rowling Story

So while in Jackson Pearce’s live chat tonight, one of the chatters mentioned the Lifetime movie “Magic Beyond Words: The J. K. Rowling Story”.  Bet you can’t guess what it was about.  Here’s a hint, it had something to do with Harry Potter.  Winking smile   Anyway, this person said it was amazing and posted a link to Lifetime’s website to watch it.  I headed on over there, because I’m so interested in Rowling and how she went from hard times to successful living.  I’ve just finished the movie and while it was a wee bit corny with a bit of “Hollywood” magic thrown in there to make the story “pop” more, it was pretty good.  I saw I didn’t have all my facts straight on her previous life before Harry fandom and was in more awe to see what she went through and how everything just came to be.

Watching this movie made me see that I should keep going with my writing.  I’m rusty with it, at best, but I’m doing it.  One word at a time.  So I’ve decided to finish the novel I am working on now, work on a second novel for Camp Nanowrimo for August, and then I am returning to my original novel “Jumper”.  It’s kind of weird, but from watching the movie I think I see why it didn’t flow so well.  My characters aren’t right.  Their ages are off, and there story is off a bit too.  But now thier story is coming to me.  While I never got “Jumper” out of my mind, I hadn’t been actively writing it in my head like I used to.  Now I’m back to mentally making notes and I take this as a sign as I am finally ready to write Andrea’s and Max’s story.  So come September I will start fully outlining it for two months and then hopefully write it all for Nanowrimo in November.  Here’s hoping.

And that’s about it.  I’m going to go work on my novel for this month, I slacked off the last two days so I only roughly have 2 days to finish it.  Talk about pressure, but I tend to write better under pressure.  Go figure.  LOL!  And hey, are you interested in watching that J. K. Rowling movie?  Check it out here.  Not sure if you can watch it outside of the States, so sorry if you can’t.  Enjoy it and I will talk to you guys real soon.  Be good until then.  Bye for now.  Smile

Epic Picture Of Epic Epicness Proportions

So you know how you start on one “end of the internet” and while playing your own version of Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon you end up on something totally off the topic of the item you originally went after, but it ended up being epic so you were copasetic with it?  Yeah, that just happened to me tonight.  Open-mouthed smile

So I was watching one of the “popular” YouTubers and their little show and I found my way through their show to another video that lead me to a website blog that I had been to before months ago.  I decided to see what craziness it had on it today and I found myself looking at the most epic picture.

Now let me just say, I am not a fan of anime drawing.  Wait, wait, wait, wait.  Let me correct myself.  I’m not a big fan of “Pokémon” style of anime drawing.  The pointy nose with just a triangle of shadow for definition.  All the characters looking the same and only being able to be told the difference between them by their hair and sometimes their voices.  And just the whole flat look of the style.  I am just not a fan and try to avoid it when I can.  Now, that’s not to say some pictures in that style can’t be done well, and I found one today ladies and gentlemen.  Take a looksie.  Open-mouthed smile

Now you cannot tell me that is not awesome!  I wonder how long it took to make?  It’s just so awesome.  Now this isn’t full size of course, very sadly I needed to edit it for the blog, so click on the “source” link to go to the blog entry and see the full size of it.  I mean I literally worked on this picture for over an hour to try to get it to a size any of my image hosts would take.  Denied everywhere.  So I had to do the chop in half, and it still got distorted.  Sorry about that.  But you get the idea.  It’s so epic.  Smile

I want to make a print of this to frame so badly.  See I am dragging my Potter fandom out.  I have not seen the movie yet, and NO don’t tell me about it!  Sure, I read the book, went to the midnight release and read it in less than 12 hours.  So I know who wins in the end.  But I kept hearing they wouldn’t tell if they were going to do the epilogue in the movie and I’m so excited about seeing if they did.  And of course I want to see how epicly this movie series ends.  So don’t say anything please!!!  I plan to see it on my birthday with my sister and anyone else who plans to come.  So excited, and of course that picture makes it moreso.

Oh, and let me just say thank you to those of you out there who are not ruining it for other who have not seen the movie yet.  I thought for sure I’d come across some Potter leaks due to a lot of people online I talk to or read their stuff they tend to be Potter fans.  But they have all been nice and not said how it ends for those who haven’t read the book and they aren’t telling how the movie is.  Kudos guys.

And well I guess that’s all I wanted to share with you guys today.  I am still working on my novel, and dreading a doctor’s appointment tomorrow.  I’ll say it here, my doctor intimidates me.  She’s a cool doctor, has a lot of good advice, she just seems to lack the people skills.  I mean I do too, but when I am stressed out about being at the doctor the last thing I need is to wonder if she is like this with everyone or just me.  So I am worried she will “slap me on the hand” for not having lost weight in the month since I saw her last.  Technically I did lose weight…and then I put it back on through stress.  Easy go easy come.  I’m not giving up on it, just worried about what she will say.  I mean she didn’t say anything about my weight the past two times we met until I brought it up.  I know my weight is affecting my health so I am ok with talking about it to try to get it off of me.  But in the same breath I don’t want to be reprimanded about it.  You know what I mean?  So yeah, kind of nervous about that.  Oh well, nothing I can do now except be honest with her tomorrow and tell her I will give it the old college try again.

*sigh*  Ok, seriously going now.  Talk to you all soon.  Be good until then.  Bye for now.  Smile

I Don’t Do Facebook

{source}

Not anymore, at least.  Ah, Facebook, my mortal enemy.  Sucking up way to much of my time over things I usually ended up hating.  I first went over to Facebook when everyone else was still all crazy over MySpace.  I’m so not a follower when it comes to my friends, so I wanted to try something new.  Then everyone started going over there and got a point where people didn’t ask you “Do you have a Facebook?” but asked “What’s your Facebook?”, and I hated it.  It has gotten to a point where my friends have all but stopped calling me and messaging me and now if it isn’t done through Facebook then I am just SOL.

My friend once arranged a movie date on Facebook when she knew I didn’t go on Facebook.  I found her message weeks later and I asked her why she didn’t let me know she was free to see the movie.  She said she’d messaged me on Facebook about it.  I’m thinking, well if you saw I hadn’t responded why didn’t you just CALL ME?  Now this same friend will let months to half a year or more go by without saying anything to me unless I walk by her at her job and she only lives about 25 minutes away on the other side of town.  This just doesn’t make sense to me.  And my other friends don’t contact me unless they need something.  So it hit me, why am I on Facebook?  It’s not to “keep in touch”, because honestly I was wasting my time reading about how other people were living and enjoying their lives.  This time I could have spent on enjoying mine.  I mean, what is so hard about calling?  Why do I have to wish you a Happy Birthday on your Wall instead of calling you, knowing you won’t pick up anyway?  Is everyone really so detached???  I’d had my fill.

I’ve deactivated my account several times before, but always went back after a month or so.  This time I had to do something drastic to keep me off the damned site.  So I went in with bombs blazing and took out everything.  First I deleted all my “friends”.  Then I deleted all my “likes” and Fan Pages I followed.  Then I deleted my Wall.  Everything is completely gone.  I’m still a member of one club on there that is private, but everything else is gone.  I’m thinking of having them delete my account, but it seems like more work than it’s worth.  In order to delete it, you can’t touch your account for at least 2 weeks, but every site out there practically has it where you can log in with Facebook, and some sites I go to you can only log in with Facebook.  So I’d hate to accidentally log in and mess up the whole process.  So I will just live it sitting there, a reminder that I was once there, and move on with my life.  Now if my “friends” want to contact me, they will have to actually make some effort and call me.  I’m not expecting any calls.  That is of course, unless they need something.

But I can’t even begin to explain what a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders by finally saying good-bye to the place.  I plan to start using Twitter more, which I am ok with because you can actually have a conversation with people there.  I’ve got to stay in some form of social networking because of future plans for my future, but Twitter is a lot like blogging and commenting, so I can handle that.

And well, that’s what I have been up to lately.  Oh that and working on my novel.  Still working on outline, and yes it’s day seven.  I’m not sweating it yet.  I’ve still got 3 weeks to bust it out.  Smile  Plenty of time. Smile  Well, I just wanted to update you guys on what I’ve been up to.  I still have so much to do and so little time to do it in.  Ugh!  I need a longer day I tell you!  Oh before I forget, seems the insurance came through and my mom will be getting her heart monitor on the 12th.  I still want her to go to the doctor, but I guess I have to be patient.  Keep your fingers crossed that things will work out for her, will you?  Thanks in advance.  Talk to you lovelies soon.  Oh, and yes, I still have yet to catch up on comments, but thank you all for them and I will catch up and respond to them all very soon.  I promise.  Talk to you later.  Bye for now.

Don’t you just kind of wish…

{source}

we could know the truth?  I won’t go into detail what I believe is the truth, but I will say in some form or way this little girl was robbed of justice.  I have been ignoring the case around her for years, but today paid attention because I had this gut feeling Casey would be found innocent of killing her.  And she was.  And my mom got really upset.  And I needed to be there for her to try to help her calm down.  My mom had sort of adopted Caylee because she was a young innocent baby and because her and I both have the same birthday, and we both have the middle name Marie.  So it just kind of made me my love her even more.  I couldn’t really pay attention to this case because I’m at the point in my life where I want children and couldn’t imagine mom killing her child when so many women and men out there want a child and can’t have one.  Sad smile  So I really hope the jury did not let a guilty woman go free and not give a little girl justice. But…it is what it is.  Life is life.  And sometimes it sucks.  And what really sucks is we will never really know who killed Caylee.  Sad smile

And that’s all that I wanted to talk about today guys.  Just feeling kind of blah.  I’m going to go back to working on my novel.  Still working on the outline some.  I should be in full force writing within a day two.  Here’s hoping.  Fingers crossed

Bringing A Little Happiness To Your Life

So I was surfing the web the other day, listening to music from a Korean drama I just finished watching, and came across this song. It’s kind of peppy and I love peppy music.  The song is called “Kiss Me” and it’s by a group called Happiness.  So I bring you Happiness.  Smile

Been thinking lately of music to add to a playlist for when I am crafting, doing photorstories, or writing.  I think this song would make it onto my lists for crafting and doll stuff for sure.  It’s a little too peppy for when I am trying to concentrate on writing.  What do you think?  Oh and if you were curious about the Korean drama I watched, it’s called “Boys Over Flowers” and it’s a tear-jerker if you are sentimental over love and relationships.  I feel it went a few episodes too long, but it was a decent ending.  I’ve seen better stuff, but it wasn’t bad.  If you watch it, I found there are also 4 extra episodes that happen 5 years later that you can find on YouTube.  The episodes are about 5 minutes each for the 5 years after, so it won’t take much to go through those.  The full episodes are an hour and some change, and there are 24 of them, so it could take a while to watch.  But like I said, if you are into romance and a good sniffle you will like it.  Red heart

And that’s all for this post.  Just wanted to share some music with you all today.  I’m off to go work on my Camp Nanowrimo story now, but I will be back soon with a doll post for you, so stay tuned for that.  Smile  Bye for now.

Script Frenzy 2011, that’s a wrap!

Yes ladies and gentleman, with mere hours to spare, I finished my first Script Frenzy!  It was fun.  I wasn’t stressed about it like I usually am with NaNoWriMo, which is changing and that upsets me some, but that is another story.  But yeah, done done and more done.  Anddd out of it I got 21 episodes written out.  So did I finish writing them all?  Yeah right.  LOLLL!!!  But it’s a dent and the story is quickly coming together for me.  I think working on the story brought it back to life for me and I think I’ll be able to knock out the rest fairly easy…if I sit my butt down and do it.  Then take the pictures, and then upload it and I’ll be done with that story and can move on to my next one.  Pretty cool.

Well now I am off to try to write out some scheduling for May.  Everything I planned to do in April didn’t happen because I had that “I’ll get to it” mentality and never did.  So next month is going to be planned.  I have a lot to prepare for.  If you want to keep up with any of that stuff feel free to hope on over to The Mouse Pad, that I’ve chosen to be more of a craft/lifestyle blog and just keep The House of Mouse my doll and toy related blog.  Oh speaking of dolls, I got two dolls yesterday that I want to show you guys.  They are Target exclusives and I wanted them both for characters in my new doll story I will be doing.  I got them now because they are exclusives, will be gone soon, and are so cool.  I’ll try to take a picture of them later.  I want to find a good light source so you can see an interesting comparison.  Ok, gonna go.  Hope you all have a wonderful last day of April.  Remember about your rabbits in the morning.  Bunny  Bye for now.  Smile

Barbie Mystery Squad, Commercials, and Script Frenzy.

Ok, so I didn’t update my script total yesterday because I didn’t work on it.  I focused most of the day on exercising and dieting.  Yes, that is what all my attention was on.  I just wanted to try and see how it would work focusing hard on it, and yeah I only lost half a pound this morning and I felt worse instead of better and full of energy.  Then today my body rebelled against me and I couldn’t find anything but junk food to make it feel better.  Ahhh!!!  I’m not giving up!  You hear me body!!!  I’m not giving up!!!  Ahhhh!!!  *deep breath*  So yeah, that’s why I didn’t update yesterday.  I did however work on it today and bust out a good couple of pages.  A lot of dialog and letting you into some of the characters’ personalities.  I’m finding it a little easier to write for this story now for some reason.  I guess it’s the revisiting my characters again. But I still think of my new story I want to write so I hope I can knock out this script soon so I can start letting those other story ideas flow free.

Script Frenzy update.

Still at it.  The story is flowing for me some now.  But I am having issues because I keep thinking of the next story I want to do when I am done with this one, and it makes it hard to stay on track with this one.  But it’s starting to flow some now.  So here is my update.

I’m getting there.  I still feel I’ll make it.  I’m determined.  I am going to work on another section before I go to bed and then really work on it tomorrow really hard.  I’d like to finish tomorrow if possible.  I am hoping to have the whole script finished by June, and then “film” everything by September and get it all uploaded by Halloween so I can focus on NaNoWriMo in November along with a special visitor hopefully.  Then on Black Friday I want to release a teaser for my new story that I plan to start on New Years day of next year.  Well see how closely I stick to this plan.  LOL!  Ok I’m off to work some more on the script.  Talk to you all soon.  Be good until then.  Bye for now.

I think I’ll finish my Script Frenzy script. Uh, say what?!?

Ok, so as if like wasn’t stressful enough, ok it truly isn’t, I’ve decided to try to finish up my Script Frenzy script that I abandoned on day 1 at 10 pages.  Ok, honestly I didn’t abandon it.  I set an alarm on my phone to remind of Script Frenzy, and it’s been going off every day at 5pm like clockwork.  And I’ve been hitting snooze every day like clockwork.  I wanted to work on it, just couldn’t motivate myself to do it for some reason like I do with Nano.  Well all of a sudden, with 5 days to go, I think to myself “I could win Script Frenzy still.  I could win it and get at least half my story…a forth of my story written up.  Yeah.  Yeah!!!  I’m gonna do it!!!”  And that brings up to now.  I just finished writing up episode 4, I’m at 18 pages.  Only 82 to go.  LOL!  So I’m planning some serious script writing days.  I really want to get back into my story and I think this is the best way to do it.  So here goes, my final attempt at Script Frenzy 2011!!!

There you have it.  There is my little Raisin Man, well he looks like a raisin to me, to let you know how I am doing.  Now granted this one is mostly used for NaNoWriMo, so it says novel and words instead of script and pages, but I love this meter and well just imagine it says script and pages for me, ok.  Pretty please with sugar on top?  Thankies.  Smile  So there you have it, I am 18 percent of the way there, and I have until Saturday at 11:59 pm to validate my 100 page script.  Can she do it?!?  I’m sure as hell gonna try!  LOL!  I’ll update you as the pages mount.  Stay tuned.  Winking smile
