I mean, it's one hing to make characters hit McDonalds or whatever, I mean, sometimes specific places/things can serve a purpose-- like if you have a snooty character who is always name dropping labels or whatnot, I guess you could work it in, but from what you're describing, I'm not sure I could make it through the book!
